Diagnostic Energy Consultation
With Sustainable Improvements' Diagnostic Energy Consultation, we will come to your property and diagnose your current appliances and fixtures.  We will then perform a series of calculations to determine a projected estimate of your total savings, including:  annual energy savings, financial savings and payback period of upgrading to a high efficiency appliance or
fixture.  In addition, we will determine the life cycle air pollution reduction (lbs of CO2) that each item saves.  You will be provided with a summary report of the results.
           
Energy Efficient Incentives
Sustainable Improvements will establish an Energy Efficient Incentives Program for each property.  This means that we will provide you with all of the incentives (Tax Credits and Rebates) that are available for your project.  The program includes Federal, State and Local incentives.  Not only will Sustainable Improvements tailor a specific program for each property but we will compile and complete all of the necessary paperwork as well; all you have to do is relax and wait for the check to arrive in the mail!

If desired, Sustainable Improvements can serve as a “Green Liaison” and meet with the owner and contractor to ensure that the sustainability initiatives are both designed and implemented properly.

Energy Audits
Sustainable Improvements will set up and help facilitate all necessary Energy Audits (Blower Door Test, Infrared Test or Both).  After the audit is performed, you will be provided with a detailed report of recommendations.  We will evaluate the report and present you with the highest priority and most cost effective improvements.

Construction
Sustainable Improvements has a list of pre-qualified contractors to perform any necessary construction services.  Many of these contractors are building science experts.  We will bring in the appropriate contractors to provide you with a fair, competitive estimate.
