Chris Rose is the co-founder and CEO of Sustainable Improvements LLC, a Denver Colorado based energy conservation and renewable energy company.   Chris is a certified Building Analyst Professional.  With his background in law and real estate, Chris is passionate about assisting homeowners, business owners and multi-family properties achieve energy efficiency.

Chris attended The Colorado College graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy.  After earning his law degree from the University of Denver, Chris practiced law specializing in insurance coverage issues.  Chris then served as the Public Policy Director for the Colorado Catholic Conference.  After three years in this role, Rose became General Counsel and Special Projects Director at Catholic Charities. 

After years of pursuing real estate construction part-time, Rose decided to make a full career transition to energy-efficient real estate development.  In doing so, Chris  helped organize and build Sustainable Improvements while earning his Masters of Science in Real Estate and Construction at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.  
Chris lives with his wife and three kids in Arvada, Colorado.  He is an avid reader, skier, and is involved in his children's school.
